Position Purpose
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Supply Planning & Inventory Manager to lead the end-to-end supply planning and scheduling process across Interface Australia and New Zealand.
This role is responsible for managing the full scope of planning activities, including demand forecasting, purchasing, raw material and finished goods allocation, inventory management, and the implementation of a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. A key focus of the role is driving process improvement across production planning and yarn ordering to ensure an effective balance between stock availability, production capacity, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee a $36 million national inventory portfolio and work to minimise obsolete stock through accurate forecasting and strategic stocking policies. In addition, this position is accountable for developing, implementing, and continuously refining a formalised S&OP framework. The Supply Planning & Inventory Manager will lead and mentor a team of six planners, fostering collaboration and operational excellence across the planning and scheduling functions.
