REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-2 years of experience in supply and inventory planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods organization.
  • Deep understanding of supply planning, inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory health and lifecycle performance.
  • Strong commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance commercial goals with operational execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, including using tools such as Excel, JDA, or SAP to support scenario planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, collaborating effectively with supply teams and vendors.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred
Responsibilities
  • EMEA PO placement: assist EMEA PO placement / confirmation and reconciling of orders, and tracking of POS.
  • PO Change Management: Assist PO change management in collaboration with Merchandising, global and vendor feedback (e.g. A/C date changes, etc.)
  • Supply Flow: assist supply planning team with follow up with vendors / global supply planning to make sure agreed AC dates will be met. Assist the supply planning team to escalate problems / risk, while pro-actively proposing solutions or risk mitigation (from PO placement, changes, inbound tracking, approvals for delays/short/over ship, air shipment analysis, etc.)
  • Inventory management: assist inventory visibility and supply / buy decisions to optimize CK EMEA inventory levels (in collaboration with operations and EMEA Merchandise Planning).
  • Air Freight: assist the channeling of air requests for decision making, providing supporting rationale, in collaboration with Merchandising
  • Stakeholder management: contribute to driving alignment across teams by building strong relationships, earning trust, and pro-actively engaging stakeholders on supply and inventory planning
  • Problem Solving and Decision Support: contribute to the resolution of cross-functional challenges by gathering input, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and conducting analyses.
  • Continuous improvement: pro-actively identify process improvements and contribute to improving the way of working.
