QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related commercial field.
  • A proven experience in planning, sourcing, or supply chain/S&OP management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficient in relevant technology and tools, including advanced analytics for digital transformation.
  • A Can Do - Growth Mindset with a commitment to a Continuous Improvement Culture.
  • Excellent understanding of customer and commercial dynamics.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

We are on the lookout for a highly committed Supply Planning Lead to steer our finished goods inventory planning and procurement from Inter-Company suppliers to customers.

CORE PLANNING DUTIES

  • Ensure data integrity excellence for optimal stocking types and system settings.
  • Manage the order book and take necessary actions.
  • Oversee Sawbones local supply chain management.
  • Handle custom products order book management.
  • Backorder tool management.
  • Report and analyze service metrics.

SAP SUPER USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a vital partner to address knowledge gaps and drive process improvements within SAP.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to SAP.
  • Raise and support incident tickets and facilitate training on system enhancements.
