Find your fit — and your future. The Supply Planning Manager leads and orchestrates the end-to-end global supply planning process, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with our priorities. You will provide strategic leadership, manages a team of supply planners, and partners cross-functionally with Product Development, Sourcing, and Business teams to provide sustainable supply chain solutions. About the Job Strategic Supply Planning Leadership Own the global supply planning framework, ensuring robust, constraint-based planning that aligns with demand forecasts, raw material availability, vendor capacities, and our priorities. Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity across geographies. Team Leadership & Development Lead a team of supply planners, building expertise in constraint management, scenario planning, and proactive risk mitigation. Set performance goals and lead accountability for meeting service, cost, and agility KPIs. Cross-Functional Influence Act as the primary liaison between Planning, Sourcing, Product Development, and Business teams to lead alignment and execution excellence. Influence senior partners to balance trade-offs between service, cost, inventory, and flexibility. Supply Assurance & KPI Management Establish supply confirmation KPIs, ensuring high service levels and driving continuous improvement in confirmation rates and cycle times. Lead root-cause reviews on supply failures and implement structural corrective actions with source base and vendors. Agility & Innovation Champion agility programmes that shorten lead times and build flexibility into the supply chain. Partner with vendors and sourcing teams to scale agile models and embed resilience into supply planning processes. Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement Guide process standardisation and continuous improvement across supply planning. Partner with digital transformation teams to embed advanced planning systems (e.g., O9, SAP, Kinaxis) and analytics into planning processes. About You 15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, with proven leadership in global apparel or consumer goods. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing planning teams. Strong track record of influencing senior leaders and balancing cross-functional priorities. Advanced problem-solving and scenario-planning capabilities, with focus on risk mitigation and business continuity. Strong quantitative and systems skills; ability to use planning tools and analytics for decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills, with an ability to drive alignment across functions and geographies. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
