Our Villawood facility is one of Pact’s largest and most complex manufacturing sites, supporting a diverse product range and high-volume operations. Job Description About this opportunity This is a senior, hands‑on Supply Planning role operating at the centre of a highly complex manufacturing environment. Based at our Villawood site, the Supply Planning Manager is wholly accountable for working cross-functionally with our manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and customer service teams to coordinate the timely release of production schedules, each with their unique complexities and constraints, and to ensure our products are produced on time, every time. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in daily production decision‑making and the site’s Supply & Operational Execution (S&OE) rhythm. This role suits a proven supply planning professional who thrives in complexity, enjoys ownership, and is confident making fast, commercial decisions in a high‑pressure manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will be to: Develop and maintain 0–3 week production schedules (daily buckets) and 13‑week rolling production plans, aligned with site capacity and S&OE Own detailed daily scheduling across multiple production lines and work centres in SAP Continuously re‑sequence and optimise schedules in response to demand changes, machine availability, material constraints, and maintenance activity Work closely with Sales to manage customer priorities, revised delivery dates, and service risks Partner with Maintenance to incorporate preventative maintenance into production schedules Plan and review resin, raw material and finishing material requirements to ensure continuity of supply Act as a key voice in daily production and weekly scheduling meetings, providing clear recommendations and escalation of risks Maintain master data integrity including BOMs, routings, lead times and planning parameters Manage inventory performance, stock takes, cycle counts and reconciliations in SAP Provide analysis and insights on inventory holdings, supply risks and capacity constraints to support planned sales. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll have: 6+ years’ experience in supply planning or production scheduling within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments Proven experience scheduling in a large, complex, multi‑line manufacturing site Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel capability Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and plant constraints Highly organised, analytical, and solutions‑focused with strong attention to detail Confident communicator able to balance the needs of Production, Sales, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Procurement Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced, site‑based role A practical, hands‑on leader who leads by example Additional Information Why Join Us?
