We have an opportunity for a Supply Project Leader to join our stratigic sourcing team. You will be responsible for the management of strategic sourcing) projects across multiple facilities in North America. The Supply Project Leader will be responsible for prioritizing strategic initiatives, developing, and managing North America suppliers, and ensuring productivity and sourcing metrics are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that supply initiatives and projects are well aligned with the Enterprise goals and strategic priorities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have earned at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • I have 3+ years of experience supply chain experience in global Sourcing environment.
  • Experience with Factory Indirect such as Facility Services, Waste Management, MRO, and other commodities is a plus.
  • Have project management skills to develop plans, action steps and timetables and meet deadlines.
  • Strong track record of driving results and savings/ cost reduction and execution projects on time.
  • Demonstrated experience in data mining to help make fact based, data driven decisions.
  • Experience managing and negotiating with suppliers of different sizes and different process maturity levels.
  • Understanding manufacturing best practices and be comfortable interfacing with all levels of a manufacturing organization.
  • Travel 25%
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
