As Supply & Purchasing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in our operations department. You will be the interface between product management, operations, and finance, ensuring that our bestsellers are always available and that new products are launched smoothly. You will work in a data-driven, proactive manner, with a strong commitment to quality.

Our team consists of around 60 colleagues in the premium skincare sector – dedicated, supportive, and passionate about high-quality products. Our modern office is located on Kantstraße in Berlin, with the option to work remotely two days a week.

Your tasks:

• Independent planning, ordering and control of all goods flows, including re-orders
• Creation and continuous development of forecasts for sales and demand planning based on our internal planning tool
• Analysis, monitoring and optimization of inventory as well as the creation of meaningful reports.
• Close collaboration with production, marketing and finance to ensure material availability and delivery capability.
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in purchasing and supply chain management
• Participation in cross-functional projects as part of our continued growth

You bring the following:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or supply chain management – ​​or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of relevant experience in purchasing, planning or supply chain management, ideally in the consumer goods or cosmetics sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and a passion for data-driven work.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, precise and reliable work ethic
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented attitude
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for high-quality products, brand development and processes
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
