Supplier Quality Management Professional About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Quality Management Professional and help drive excellence across our supplier network. We are looking for a true quality champion who can strengthen supplier partnerships, proactively manage risks, and elevate supplier performance to world‑class standards. This role is critical to ensuring robust quality processes, strong supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement across the supply base. What Will You Do Lead supplier quality management initiatives, including supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs. Own and lead the PPAP process with suppliers, ensuring full compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements. Conduct comprehensive supplier process and system audits and define targeted improvement action plans. Drive resolution of quality issues through structured containment, corrective, and preventive actions (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa). Identify, assess, and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures. Coach, develop, and coordinate quality assurance engineers, while acting as a key point of contact for supplier relationships. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Operations to align quality expectations and execution. What Qualifications Will Make You Successful Proven track record in Supplier Quality Management, including supplier audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Broad experience leading and executing PPAP processes with suppliers, including: End‑to‑end PPAP coordination and approval. Review and validation of all PPAP elements (Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, capability studies, etc.). Coaching suppliers to close gaps and meet PPAP requirements. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent). Solid expertise in root cause analysis, problem‑solving methodologies, and data‑driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational and supplier boundaries. Excellence in project management and cross‑functional team leadership. Strong communication skills to effectively engage internal stakeholders and suppliers. Advanced level of English (written and spoken). A plus Experience working with global suppliers or multicultural environments. Background in APQP, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
