About The Role: The role is instrumental in ensuring a smooth delivery of medical consumables for The Mater Hospital Sydney, reporting directly to the supply supervisor. Prompt delivery of goods and materials to relevant departments to optimise patient care. Carrying out inventory monitoring to ensure sufficient inventory is on hand to maintain the agreed level of customer service. Perform receivable activities as required. Maintain professional communication with external supply organisations. About You: Experience working with electronic data systems (e.g. Microsoft Office). Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. Takes responsibility for accurate, timely work results. Experience in or willingness to learn warehouse management. Medical consumable product knowledge. Flexible work hours to cover planned and unplanned leave, you are experienced in warehouse and supply processes, flexible, reliable and eager to learn with a positive outlook, focused to support clinicians to enable them to care for our patients. One of Sydney’s premier private hospitals. Close by to train stations at North Sydney, St Leonards, and Crows Nest, and buses on Pacific Highway. The only Australian hospital that is a member of the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres. Core specialties include Obstetrics, Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements, bone and sports injuries, cardiology, cancer care and surgery, lung and vascular medicine, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, endocrine surgery, and neurosurgery.
