Heart of Supply is currently seeking Primary Supply Teachers to work with our partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. These flexible opportunities include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You’ll be stepping into different classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, follow pre-set plans, and ensure a calm, consistent learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.
We’re looking for confident, adaptable teachers who can build strong rapport with pupils and staff, approach behaviour management positively, and bring a consistent, enthusiastic presence to the classroom. Whether you’re supporting early phonics in Reception or helping a Year 6 class prepare for assessments, you’ll need to be proactive, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact wherever you’re placed.
