This is a casual position for varied shifts located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. The hours for this role can start as early as 5AM and as late as 8PM. Why join Scripps Health? The Supply Tech is responsible for maintaining par supply areas such as: ordering, stocking, replenishing, and delivering supplies to all areas of the hospital or clinic. Responsible for managing storeroom supplies, performing periodic cycle counting. The Supply Tech will be able to utilize inventory management systems and hand held devices according to policy and procedures. Responsible for checking for outdates, recall of product throughout the hospital and clinic. Must maintain a clean and organized supply area(s). Required Experience/Specialized Skills: 2-3 Years supply experience, knowledge of medical supplies preferred. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Excellent computer skills. E xcellent interpersonal skills. Required Education/Course(s)/Training: High School Graduate. Must be able to utilize computer systems, inventory management tools and systems, and hand held devices. The supply tech will need to pass initial 90 day competency and yearly competency as it relates to the position.

This role also involves utilizing inventory systems, checking for outdates, handling product recalls, and ensuring supply areas remain clean and organized.
