(Saudi National Only) Grade: 6 Location: Khamis Mushait Advert closing: 11/02/2026 JOB PURPOSE Supply Tranier, responsible to RSAF Supply Squadron Commander at KKAB to provide day to day advice to RSAF Officers. The jobholder will play a vital role to fulfil training advise, augment and assist in the planning, development, revision, evaluation and monitoring of Supply training and evaluation programmes. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The post holder is mainly accountable, but are not limited to the following activities: · Development and delivery of formal training courses, covering all Supply areas and other general subjects, as directed by the Supply Training Officer. · Maintaining the OJT programme in Supply. · Informing the Supply Commander and BTWC on the status of the OJT programme in Supply. · Briefing the OIC, Supervisors, Trainers and Trainees on the concepts and objectives of OJT. · Assisting Supervisors in obtaining current OJT training materials and directives. · Reviewing the accuracy of training documentation. · Developing Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) checklists and conducting, SAVs to individual Sections. · Advising and assisting Supervisors and Trainers in conducting OJT. · Advising and assisting Supervisors, in the preparation of RSAF training documentation. · Assisting Supervisors in the development of JPG Phase tests. · Requesting courses needed to support OJT, through the BTW in a timely manner. · Attending BTW monthly training meetings. · Administering written Phase tests. · Development of the SKT question bank for Supply – in conjunction with BTW. · Conducting monthly workcentre Supervisors meetings to discuss problem areas and ways to improve training quality. RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL · Graduate of military Trade School. · Completion of an RSAF recognised Instructional Techniques course. · At least 10 years practical experience in Supply Support, including 5 years at supervisor level. · Experience working on OJT of RSAF Warrant Officers. · 2 year’s demonstrable instructional experience during his specialty career. · Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project). · Excellent interpersonal Skills. Required · Have the capability to evaluate individuals by using interview techniques. · Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills with proficiency in writing letters. · Experienced in Team Leadership, delegation and team building skills for effective people management. · Must be a quick learner and be willing to learn new skills. · Must be a team player with supervisory skills and have willingness to share and train others. · Ability to communicate well at all levels in both written and verbal format. capable networking skills used at all levels within an organization. · Must be able to work proactively on his own initiative. Possess managerial skills and be able to lead a Training team. · Have excellent man-management and interpersonal skills. · Experience in Coordinating Supply related Training Programs/Activities. · Proficient in RSAF Supply Procedure Manual 67-1, Training Manuals 105-8,105-30A and 105-30B.
