Overview: A supply music tutor/music producer is required for a Mumbles-based private education company. The job will be undertaken on a ad-hoc, variable hours basis, and would suit someone who is flexible with working days and locations, such as a supply teacher or musician. The role will involve working with both school age and adult learners at a variety of locations throughout Swansea and occasionally Carms and NPT. A car driver/owner is essential for the role.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Supporting learners to make music tracks using digital music production software and traditional instruments where required.
- Creating original multi genre music tracks to a professional standard using Logic or similar industry standard programme.
- Recording and performing song vocals (sang or rapped).
- Mastering skills to a professional level.
- Delivery of song writing and music workshops with young people and adults (some training provided).
- Admin tasks associated with the role.
- Working in Mumbles office or across the UK when delivering workshops/ courses.
- General class management
