SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Supply Chain & Logistics Knowledge: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in an international environment.
  • ERP & Data Management: Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) for inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and logistics coordination.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations oversight.
  • International Logistics & Trade Compliance: Familiarity with international inbound logistics, customs procedures, and compliance with trade regulations.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Experience supporting sales operations, trade shows, and marketing logistics is a plus.
  • Contract Manufacturing Exposure: Prior involvement in contract manufacturing operations in Europe and/or Brazil is advantageous.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to generate stock reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and enhance efficiency in supply chain operations.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in inventory reconciliation, documentation, and logistics tracking.
  • Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Microsoft Excel & Data Tools: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory): Additional languages (Portuguese, Spanish, or French or German) are a plus, especially for global supply chain interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Operations & Logistics: Track and monitor materials throughout the supply chain process, ensuring all movements are accurately recorded in the ERP system (Odoo).
  • International Inbound Logistics: Manage and coordinate the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.
  • Inventory Management & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and implement best practices for inventory control to minimize discrepancies.
  • Office & Showroom Operations: Oversee sample management, replenish materials, and maintain the showroom to support business operations.
  • Contract Manufacturing Support: Assist the Supply Chain Team in managing contract manufacturing activities in Europe and Brazil, ensuring smooth production and supply chain flow.
  • Warehouse Operations Oversight: Supervise warehouse functions, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
  • Trade Show & Event Logistics: Support the Sales & Marketing Team with logistics planning, material movement, and inventory management for trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports and provide key insights on stock availability to the Sales Team for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
