The Position will be responsible for driving Customer Contract Lifecycle Management with ownership of the process from contract renewals, customer communication, invoicing and forecasting. This includes the maintenance and assurance of data accuracy and consistency throughout the entire life-cycle of the Elekta Solutions. The Position will also be responsible for providing administrative management support for ANZ contracts across all portfolios. Responsibilities · Manage ANZ installed base data integrity. · Manage location naming conventions for ANZ. · Liaise with the global data integrity team to align with standard practices. · Maintain customer data integrity by understanding the structure of customer data and its transactions within the major systems. · Maintain good working knowledge of the Elekta product lines and Operations business processes. · Escalate any problems not resolved by either the Global Key User, the Local Key User, or the Application Expert. · Actively support Project & Service Managers after product implementation and upgrades. Responsibilities (Contract management) · Support the Service Operation Manager in managing Service Contract Sales in ANZ. · Create Service opportunities & quotes in CLM as requested. · Liaise with customers to ensure quotes are complete and signed. · Create Service contracts in CLM · Work with ANZ Finance on invoicing of Service Contracts · Utilise Qliksense to identify the upcoming expiration of Service Contracts and warranties. · Utilise Qliksense to identify opportunities without approved quotes and manage with the Operations manager. · Manage opportunity duplications. · Assist in Orders & Revenue Forecasting · Assist ANZ Finance with Accounts Payable · Manage Contract life cycle and re-contracting. · Manage Contract price structure and opportunities for review · Ensure that knowledge on solutions and new products is maintained. · Drive the contract implementation of New Products. (NPI) · Provide management with reports as required. · Implement the use of Business intelligence tools within Service Sales in ANZ. · Incorporate Elekta Values into departmental functions and responsibilities. · Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
