We’re a small team looking to add to our office based team, are you a person who has a focus on support to clients then this role is for you. While we value enthusiasm, this role now prioritises applicants with prior admin experience (any industry). Financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must.
We are a client-first financial planning firm focused on clear advice, reliable execution and compliance excellence. We run modern processes (Microsoft 365, e-signing, cloud document control) and value people who take ownership and keep things moving.
The role

You’ll be the organiser who keeps our advisers and clients on track. Typical tasks include:

  • Managing our Annual Fee-for-Advice renewals: scheduling, tracking, follow-ups and record-keeping
  • Preparing review packs, file notes and templated client communications
  • Coordinating DocuSign packs and platform uploads; maintaining accurate document/version control
  • Calendar and meeting support; pre-meeting checklists and post-meeting actions
  • CRM updates and task management (WorksSorted/Xplan )
  • General office admin: inbox triage, data entry checks, scanning, reconciliations, and ad-hoc projects
  • Admin support for the 2 active planners

About you

  • Admin experience (essential) — professional services or finance is ideal, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with templates and checklists
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
  • Clear written and verbal communication; courteous client manner
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to compliance processes and deadlines
