The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this role is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations while delivering a consistently positive and professional image of the company. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service across phone, in-person, and written interactions, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.    What to Expect * Answer telephone calls through the reception queue while adhering to the team schedule and managing voicemails according to the operating procedures * Manage incoming / outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office visitors * Prepare monthly invoices for approval and payment * Manage office supplies (paper, pens, toner, coffee, etc.) through inventory control and ordering as needed * Support TS as local branch contact for basic IT trouble shooting, laptop set up for lease rollovers, manage office IT inventory, distribute and collect IT assets from office staff as needed * The successful candidate is expected to work in office 4 days a week   What You Bring * High school diploma required * Proficiency with Microsoft office products * Previous administrative/ reception support experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional, friendly, and courteous in interactions with customers/coworkers * Perform well in a busy environment and take initiative   Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,900 Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
