About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Analyst to join our Business Analyst team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate data exchange, supporting client service delivery, and maintaining data integrity across our operational processes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot discrepancies, and contribute to efficient and reliable outcomes for both clients and colleagues. Requirements Key Responsibilities Create and analyze inventory reconciliations from client files; identify and resolve discrepancies with Business Analysts. Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, Accounting, Compliance, IT/EDI, Application Development, and PMO teams to resolve reconciliation issues. Review and route tickets within the internal ticketing system; ensure timely response and resolution. Monitor exception reports and perform corrective actions, including data corrections in FACS, account updates, and payment discrepancy posting. Provide operational support to the Business Analyst team (ticket management, report review, data validation). Maintain compliance with information security and privacy requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and text editors (e.g., UltraEdit) for data manipulation and analysis. Ability to interpret, analyze, and troubleshoot data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with moderate supervision. Fast learner with the ability to acquire new technical skills quickly. Experience in financial or healthcare collections or accounting is a plus. Familiarity with DCM applications (FACS, Probate Finder) is preferred but not required. Education & Experience Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred), OR equivalent experience. 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, data analysis, or related support role. #DCMHP1
Responsibilities
