MRI Software company is seeking a Client Support Agent to provide front-line telephone and email-based support to external clients of our accounting and property management solutions! Take the next step in your career and utilise your passion for technology and willingness to learn to deliver quality service. You will be provided with training, ongoing learning opportunities and support in this varied role. Working with our clients on a daily basis, you will utilise your problem solving ability and outstanding communication skills. Tap into your trust accounting and/or property management knowledge to help our clients get the most from our Investment Management software. In addition, for the right person there will be room to progress further down the track.
