Job Description WHAT WILL YOU DO Responsibilities (how we will measure success) Your main responsibility is designing, creating, updating and maintaining checklists’ templates, which is one of the key modules in our solution. You will work with the stakeholders to gather requirements on the checklists to be created, updated or amended following the checklists standard operating procedures. Working within the Business Architecture & Solution Design team, you will support the implementation of the checklists’ projects and requests You will support the Operational teams in different jurisdictions with the daily use of the checklists, interacting with end-users, IT and project team, ensuring global standards are maintained You will work with colleagues and other stakeholders to investigate checklists issues and problems seeking effective business solutions through improvements You'll also assist in the analysis of underlying checklists’ issues and their root causes, identifying available options for consideration such as new development Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis) Design, create, update, standardize and maintain checklists (management) by working with international colleagues and other stakeholders to continuously improve the checklists and related business processes Investigate checklists’ issues and their root causes Assist in defining user acceptance tests for new or improved checklists enhancements Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make Support staff and teams in making your recommended checklist changes, including helping to resolve any related issues Ensure that end-users checklists requests are addressed within Business SLAs WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation and benefits – including allowances, government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, and performance-based bonuses Health and wellness support – HMO coverage from Day 1 (with dependents), life and accident insurance, mental health support, and medical allowances Leave benefits – generous paid time off, special leave types, and observance of all Philippine holidays Hybrid work setup and tools – company-issued laptop, work-from-home kit, and flexibility after initial onboarding Learning and growth opportunities – access to training, annual salary reviews, internal mobility, and performance rewards Qualifications ABOUT YOU Required Experience Essential Criteria: 1+ Year Application Support Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders including subject matter experts, peers, managers, customers and suppliers ‘Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure Ability to take initiative and self-manage Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features: Financial Services / Private Equity / Investor services industry Globally distributed teams Fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and challenges, demonstrating strong analytical ability as well as providing informed insights Desired Criteria: Implementation experience is preferred but not required Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Ability to draft detailed mock-ups / specifications Experience in Agile ways of working Desired Criteria: Familiar with applying standards, practices and assessments relevant to product development is a plus A quick learner, eager and proactive to support the business and become a subject matter expert Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops is beneficial but not essential Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
