JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Oldham, Manchester (OL8)
SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70* per hour

• Promoting independence with the people we support and encouraging them to engage in their rehabilitation journey following their Brain Injury.
• Supporting our people to manage their health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments, hospital admissions and administrating medication when fully trained.
• Empowering the people we support to manage budgets, pay bills, menu planning, shopping and support with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking in line with their therapy goals set by the therapy team.
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Supporting our service users to follow their tailored programme of therapies set by our Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist and Occupational Therapist
