ABOUT US:

Headquartered in Germany, our products are used worldwide by leading manufacturers. We’re expanding in the U.S. and seeking a Support/Application Engineer to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
· Experience or education in industrial automation/controls
· Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens preferred)
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office; U.S. work authorization required
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 15–20%

· Provide customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits
· Develop solutions for customer-specific applications
· Conduct product training and technical seminars
· Collaborate with internal teams on product issues and development
· Maintain documentation and technical records
