Role Overview
This role involves supporting both sales and refurbishment operations to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for both new and refurbished gadgets, ensuring timely dispatch and excellent customer experience.
• Device Testing: Assist in testing refurbished mobile phones to verify functionality, quality, and performance before resale.
• Product Listing: Support the preparation and listing of refurbished gadgets and mobile phones on sales platforms, including writing clear descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring accurate specifications.
• Team Support: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold company quality standards.

The role of Support Assistant will be office based as required.
The Support Assistant may be required to perform additional duties outside of the day-to-day role which may include work outside of the standard day.
