Overview:
The WFM Support Associate III reports to the Director of Food & Nutrition and provides accurate, timely, quality data. Has working knowledge of excel and is able to utilize related applications and databases. Provides timely reports to the Food & Nutrition leadership team, providing drill down capability for follow-up and performance improvement. Creates and implements spreadsheet databases for patient services as needed related to patient feedback. Supports the team workflows by assisting with tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required with preference for some advanced education at technical or secretarial school.
  • Experience: Must possess clerical and customer service skills to include basic computer operation, filing, and office procedures. Must possess relevant experience for independent functioning with minimal direction necessary.
