WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CATERING SERVICE ASSISTANT:

• Food preparation, making sandwiches etc
• Serving on the counter
• Washing up
• Ensuring kitchen, service and restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy and safe
• Other duties may include taking deliveries, vending and taking an active part in any unit sales promotions
