An opportunity has become available to join the Olive Team providing support and cover within the Northampton, Leicester and Coventry CV22DX area.
Hours of work: Predominantly Monday to Friday daytime, with some weekends and nights as and when required
Starting Salary: £37,835 per annum, plus travel expenses

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CHEF MANAGER:

  • To ensure the provision of food and beverages to the highest standard within the financial limitations set for your contract.
  • To comply with all Company policies and regulations in respect of health, safety and environmental management at work and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
  • Maintain the smooth running of the contract at all times.
  • Control menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate.
