Location: Mumbai Reports to: Team Lead, Customer Support 3Shape creates 3D Scanning & CAD/CAM software solutions and award-winning technology that enables dental professionals to treat more people, more effectively and with improved patient care. We are looking for Team Lead who can help us to lead and manage Customer Support team in India to provide first rate service for our customers. Areas of responsibilities: Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events Managing support cases.
