This role will be based in the beautiful setting of Greece, where you will engage directly with users to provide top-notch support and enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance for the betting app to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and app functionality. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support. Help create and maintain support documentation and FAQs to enhance customer self-service options. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. A keen interest in betting or gaming apps is advantageous. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple support requests simultaneously. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
