YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have a high level of French and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral

  • Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
  • Availability to work on rotational shifts
