As our Support Consultant you will provide support to the operability and maintenance of our B2B Clearing Center. This will include setting up & maintaining communication partners, customer workflows and troubleshooting connectivity and processing issues as they arise. It is highly important that excellent interpersonal skills & technical knowledge are combined with a methodical approach. You will be supporting clients across the DACH region in this role.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English. Candidates are to be based out of the UK or Denmark.
This is a REMOTE or HYBRID opportunity / based upon location.
