Peak Software is a small Utah based software company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for a full-time Training and Implementation Consultant who would truly enjoy finding solutions for and building relationships with our national client base. You will support our clients by resolving technical issues, providing training, and managing implementations and installations. You will enjoy our small business culture and have opportunities to directly contribute to our products and our business development.
To be successful in this position you must have experience with software support, implementations and training, have strong client relationship skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, possess the interest and aptitude to master our software products, and love working in a team environment.
Though not required, having experience in Parks & Recreation would be a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with standard office technology and software
  • Proven ability to learn B2B complex software products
  • 2+ years of success managing technical client relationships
  • 2+ years of success with technical support, training and implementations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Presentation experience and skills
  • Experience in Parks and Recreation
  • Associates degree or higher in technology, business, communications, or similar preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Associate (Preferred)

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Work with existing clients to provide technical solutions, training, and configuration consultations.
  • Software implementation including new customer on-boarding, installations and live training.
  • Building and deepening client relationships and adoption of our software
  • Writing and editing technical documentation, creating videos and conducting webinars
  • Communicate and work with Peak team members to identify solutions for complex needs.
  • Execute product tests, document results and contribute to product improvement.
  • Travel for on-site client meetings and trade shows may be required at 5 to 10%
