QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have NDIS industry experience and a solid understanding of the disability support sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on helping individuals access services.
  • A proven ability to help individuals find the right support options and create positive outcomes.
  • Confidence, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently.
  • Strong computer skill

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your NDIS industry connections and build new relationships to help individuals find suitable placements in our SIL houses and day programs.
  • Represent Empower and Shine Disability with empathy and professionalism at expos, schools, and relevant community events.
  • Engage with families, individuals, and support networks to understand their needs and offer tailored services that foster independence.
  • Follow up on inquiries to assist individuals in connecting with our SIL homes and programs, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent support.
  • Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Use your NDIS knowledge to guide individuals through the process, helping them access the right support services with ease.
  • Provide compassionate and responsive customer service, ensuring client needs are met.
