QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in an office environment preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients
  • Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily
  • Monitor and address general emails received regarding assigned job duties in a timely fashion
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents using G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Complete assigned reports in a timely manne
