What you’ll do · Lead support planning and deliver person-centred support · Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads · Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments · Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers · Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued. You have · Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting · Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) · Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support · The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach The practical bits · Working a 4 week rota, 3 days in one week, 4 days the next week.
