You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) and a vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
