About The Program

The Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) is a NSW government-funded program offering time-limited, community-based psychosocial support for young people aged 15 to 24 who are experiencing reliable mental illness. This initiative supports individuals who have, or are at risk of developing, a functional disability due to their mental health conditions. Delivered across five key locations in NSW, YCLSS works closely with Local Health Districts to provide coordinated and integrated care. The program offers flexible support options tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each young person, ensuring they receive the right help at the right time. Services are based on a recovery-oriented model, promoting self-determination and independence to empower young people to live well within their communities.
