OVERVIEW

Global IT Solutions Provider, offering Maintenance and Managed Service support for servers and storage technologies.

Offering Service Desk support to clients, duties will include:

  • 1st Line Support activities
  • Managing ticketing system for issues (through Hubspot)
  • Call/Email queries/issues - including managing logging of these
  • Supporting in handling parts requests for hardware
  • Engaging and working with Field Engineers to support on scheduling for jobs
  • Broader support desk tasks to support day to day technology

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of C grade in both English and Maths GCSE
  • Driving License – location of office means DL preferred
