As a Support & Development Engineer, you play a key role in driving our company’s success. You are responsible for upholding the highest health and safety standards on the shop floor, while working closely with colleagues on end-to-end projects. With a strong focus on the EAF-AOD area, you are actively involved in daily operations, coordinate training of employees, leading improvement initiatives, and developing innovative solutions that enhance the steel plant’s performance and reinforce our market-leading position.

The Support & Development Engineer is responsible for maintaining health and safety standards while collaborating on end-to-end projects. They lead training initiatives and develop solutions to enhance plant performance.
