For a client in Almelo, we are looking for an ICT Support Employee / Application Administrator who enjoys helping colleagues with IT questions and likes contributing to application management and improvement projects.

In this role, you are the point of contact for colleagues regarding IT questions and technical issues. You ensure that workstations, phones, printers, and other hardware function properly and support users with applications, POS software, and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improvements in processes, webshops, and automation.

You collaborate with the IT team on various projects, such as ERP, WMS, and PIM systems. You also liaise with other departments and external partners when technical questions or areas for improvement arise.

As an ICT Support Employee / Application Administrator, you help colleagues with IT questions and technical problems. You set up workstations, resolve incidents, and ensure that hardware and applications continue to function properly. You also support users with systems such as Microsoft 365, point-of-sale software, and other business applications.

In addition to daily support activities, you contribute ideas for improvements to processes and applications. You participate in IT projects, maintain documentation, and help set up systems to be smarter and more organized. In doing so, you have frequent contact with colleagues from various departments and external partners.

What are you bringing?

• A completed MBO 4 education in ICT
• Some experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with Business Central is a plus
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy thinking in solutions.
• You enjoy learning and further developing yourself.
• You can analyze and document processes
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
