    Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will bring strong aviation maintenance experience, particularly in aircraft structures, and a proven background in engineering support.

  • 5 years’ experience in aviation in a similar environment.
  • AME licence on Alliance aircraft types.
  • Solid knowledge of aircraft structures and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with aircraft types under maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance control and structural engineering support.
  • Willingness to respond to out-of-hours queries and provide advice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage control and completion of assigned SMS actions and findings.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of safety, security, quality, OH&S, and environmental compliance.
  • Support engineering requests raised via the CAMO database.
  • Oversee and manage the Dent & Buckle file for the fleet.
  • Act as a focal point for aircraft structural queries, coordinating repairs with OEMs and approved organisations.
  • Provide engineering support during heavy maintenance events.
  • Liaise with subcontracted maintenance organisations and manufacturers to resolve engineering problems.
  • Advise on airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and alternative components.
  • Evaluate defects for potential changes to maintenance requirements
