Description

We are seeking a Remote Helpdesk Engineer! The right individual will work from their home office. Must have great customer service and communication skills!

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience in a fast-paced multi-client environment
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot both Windows and Apple endpoint devices
  • Understanding of TCP/IP Connectivity & DNS
  • Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (f/k/a G Suite)
  • Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Remote Desktop & Citrix
  • Experience utilizing an EDM solution (Intune, Jamf, etc) to managed endpoint devices
  • Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems
  • Firewalls, Routers and Switches
  • Backup hardware and software

EDUCATION:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
*Some certifications may be a Plus
