We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong technical skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-experts.
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Singular European citizenship/passport, due to requirements from our clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support systems.
  • Competence with Windows operating systems and IIS (Internet Information Services).
  • A demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm for learning new concepts and thoroughly understanding applications.
  • The ability to assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
  • Experience or familiarity with application management, especially in cloud-hosted or enterprise software environments.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with different departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to application management in Cloud Operations, including proactive monitoring, error handling and coordination with hosting and infrastructure teams.
