Job Summary

• Provide support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Collaborate with various development teams to deliver technical solutions
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems, including log analysis, bug identification, and writing SQL queries
• Document customer requests and corresponding solutions in a clear and structured manner

Key Qualifications

• Ongoing (active/passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field)
• Availability of at least 20–25 working hours per week
• Knowledge of SQL
• Capability to code in Python
• Familiarity with the Linux command line
• Strong communication skills in English
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies

Considered as a plus

• Past experience in a similar role
• Previous job experience using python, command line tools and/or SQL
