Support Engineer / Validation Engineer
Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of circuit analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to assist with field returns

Typical task breakdown:

• This position will provide will be accountable for ECM field return process
• Track incoming filed returns
• Complete initial failure analysis and testing
• Send units to suppliers
• Update field return data according to the field return process

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics / computer engineering
• 5 to 7 years experience
• Including internship and project related experiences

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of electronic circuit
• Data analysis
• Power BI

Soft Skills

• Must have a great customer service attitude as most interactions are with our product development groups.
• Must be able to manage individual tasks without direct oversight.
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
