You have a solid foundation in IT basics (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge)
You have a sound educational background, e.g. IHK certification in IT specialist training, a degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment and have experience with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
Good written and spoken German and English skills
