What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular (latest versions), NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex software and API integrations.
  • Adept at diagnosing issues, analyzing data flows, and providing clear technical documentation.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining large-scale, secure web applications with a focus on performance and usability.
  • Familiarity with role-based security, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and database optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in fintech product development or blockchain/distributed ledger technologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end security best practices and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Additional scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience working within support ticketing systems.
  • Prior exposure to microservices architecture and cloud environments.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or DevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with Angular and NestJS frameworks in enterprise settings.

  • Reside within the United States; remote work is encouraged.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, secure workspace.
