Role: We are seeking a Tier 1 Support Engineer to monitor, support, and provide advanced troubleshooting for a large and complex data network infrastructure. Utilizing network monitoring and management tools, you will work closely with business area teams, network engineering, and management to ensure the smooth operation of the network. During major incidents, you will represent the team and coordinate efforts to resolve issues efficiently.
