Your tasks:

Hotline support via telephone and remote maintenance
Technical support for sales and service technicians and partners: They are the technical interface and provide internal and external support for technical questions.
Scheduling of service technicians: They plan and coordinate deployments for repairs and maintenance.

Your profile:

Completed training in the IT or electronics field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, electronics technician, IT business administrator) or a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
Knowledge in the areas of network technology, hardware and software
Professional experience in technical support, helpdesk or service area
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, for managing partners and customers.
