emagine is looking for a consultant to support project management and configuration of Quinyx in Poland for one of our clients.
Start: February
End: April
Scope: 80 hours per month
Background
Our client is conducting a thorough review of the Quinyx configuration in Poland and is looking for an experienced consultant to contribute to the functional setup and ensure a solid needs analysis, requirements list, and a summary of improvement suggestions and corrections.
The consultant will work independently with the support of internal employees and act as a senior colleague, with a particular focus on configuring Quinyx in Poland in compliance with legal and labor regulations, as well as the operational needs of the market.
Purpose of the Assignment
The consultant will act as a project manager, conducting needs analyses together with business stakeholders. They will be responsible for driving the project forward, scheduling meetings, and providing expertise in configuring and setting up Quinyx. The consultant will ensure that the configuration functions well in relation to surrounding systems and will also transfer knowledge and provide support to internal teams throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the improvement work for the Quinyx setup in Poland based on the existing backlog while also identifying and adding additional needs to the backlog.
• Develop solution proposals for various requirements and needs together with the client’s Quinyx superusers and technical product owner, as well as perform the feasible configurations.
• Map and propose solutions/approaches for requirements that cannot be resolved through configuration of existing Quinyx features.
• Document developed solutions and deliver a remaining tasks list to the client’s Quinyx management team.
• Provide advice and guidance for the management team, including training on system functionalities and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and processes are met.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Quinyx and the entire WFM lifecycle within the system.
• Experience in configuring Quinyx for different clients, preferably having been responsible for configuration during Quinyx system implementations.
• Experience in gathering needs and requirements from clients and developing Quinyx-based solutions accordingly.
• Understanding of how end-users operate within the system.
• Ability to lead workshops and discussions with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in project management.
• Extensive experience in previous Quinyx implementations, with a particular focus on Polish companies.
• Ability to lead and support internal employees as a senior colleague, with strong pedagogical skills.
• Experience working in dynamic environments and adapting to company-specific needs.

Meriting Qualifications

• Experience working with Quinyx for clients where integration with external personnel data and contract management systems was involved.
• Experience with clients in the restaurant/retail sector on the Polish market.
• Knowledge of Quinyx APIs.
• Experience with clients where time tracking is managed via integration.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Fluent in Polish.

Scope
The consultant is expected to manage the project throughout the entire assignment period, from start to finish.
