Description
1.Technical SME –Hands on experience in troubleshooting of PLC based LT/ HT Control panels Should have experience in handling the large facility infrastructure. Passive infrastructure i.e. LT panels/DC/HVAC/DC systems/ UPS/BB/ FAS/ DG etc. and Sound knowledge in O&M of HVAC/DC systems/ UPS/BB/ FAS/ DG etc           2. Must have good communication and MS Office skill. 3. Manage site Operations as per SLA in the shift. Monitoring of BMS and CCTV system. Manage the shift operations by doing all the PM, Breakdown maintenance, and Routine checks as per OEM recommendation. Ensure Logs and Reports created and operations hand over to the next shift 4. Team Management , SLA Management , Compliance Management , Vendor Management, Fault Management , O&M Operation sustainability and Quality Management and Customer Management, Asset Management , Equipment life cycle management ,Energy optimization, 5. Commercial support like WCC arrangement and Attendance and Payroll management 6. Quarterly visit to site and for Site Audit analysis like thermography and Power quality Note :- Electrical Supervisory licenses holder Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
